I just wanted to know why there are no better CCs included? Like idk fpsware,amplify,skiwarlock etc. I find singulars CC pure shit ... lets say mage : spam changing shield from molten to mage all the freaking time, if people are dumb enough to not see this is a bot then idk seriously...

I just switched to FPSWare Default Warrior on a recommendation and things are moving much smoother now. Singular spammed my log with errors (from the CC)....

Dirtdog when someone buys HB for 1st time, he doesnt know anything about it, and runs it with Singulars CC which are TERRIBLE and decides to get a refund because his char didnt do a shit because of crap CC.

Think its because most pro CCs undergoes to much change and whatnot all the time...always under development so to speak...and it would be messy trying to have HB keep up all the time...

Better people learn that it is some work to get this running good...i was totaly oblivious at first...just a little reading and all started to go smoothly (sort of)

Isn't it then better to put no CC in than a shit CC?I remember default CCs were really nice, but now Singulars are terrible seriously

Not realy to be honest, this way they can atleast get a bit of a feeling for it and start tweaking it to their liking after that.

New people just want to open the bot and press start to start, not having to download cc's for all their characters first.

Well its kinda of a good point... considering now that you cant even update singular with the svn. Quess apoc took it down... his blog site is still up but haven't seen him for a while probably playing with onyx. As for singular when I get back to tennessee ill take a look into it as I still have an old rev of it so I will need to get the last copy from someone here or i'll just repost with what revision I have after making changes. Since apparently ret is still broke after god knows how many months by a bad import from version 1 and all the post on version 2 are nothing but bug issues. Now don't expect the next gen oh my god cc with the posting but It should be functionable for a bot.... heed that a bot not a raider/dungeon runner/etc... where the best of the best is expected. As I normally run as a combat assist don't expect movement and healing to be optimal.

Singular is there for the basics,its a start

there are updates for it almost every day,so its essential to check for updates via svn often

but there are really nice custom CCs for all classes on our boards

i wrote most of singluars mage routines, so thanks for that having work i do for you guys called "complete shit" really makes me feel great *sarcasm* and im sure everyone else who contributed feels the same way.

Singular gets updates as we have the time to... do updates.

Unfortunately since the main contribs work on HB's core as well, our time is limited to work on Singular. (Keep in mind, its community-driven. Not something we get paid for. I've received no requests [via PM] to get access to do updates, etc. So please, don't blame us that we can't work on a free project when our free-time is incredibly limited.)

Side-note; Singular v1 supports every class, every spec. It may not do everything "incredibly" well. But it does do everything well.

When its not in combat it keeps spamming Mage Armor vs Molten Amor.

Even a blind would see its a bot ...

And now i'm using your Amplify and it works perfectly.

And Apoc i think me and 90% of all HB buyers expect best service possible, that includes CCs that won't look like a bot.
Hunter meleeing,Mage changing its armor all the time,Paladin doing only normal attacks and soo on.

As said its better to not include any CC if its like that.
I dont know why Default CCs worked perfectly ... once it was replaced with singular all got totaly screwed...

i said i wrote most of the routine, the reason its spamming shields isn't from my code, since it is community driven the original changes i made had since been changed. not only that but i have my own CC's to deal with, worrying about updating singular on top of that is not something im prepared to do. last time i coded, my routines where perfect, any chances since then are not my doing.

they didnt work perfectly, thats why we got rid of them, they only supported 1 spec, so if your mage was fire, and you bought the bot, out of the box, it wouldnt work. thats why we made singular, since singulars release and inclusion in HB as DEFAULT, amount of support requests relating to default CC issues has gone down. if your like "well singular sucks" then change your CC out, its not like its a big deal. but including multiple projects from multiple people, with No common Config, or ease of use, it cases many many more problems then it causes.

Singular was awesome for quite some time, but as i predicted it would just die because of the "community driven" part.
Most bugs with all CC's are minor, and I think it would take very little time to fix them.

Example: How long does it take to fix the paladin CC so it use "Seal of Insight" instead of "Seal of Truth" when the toon is < 50% mana?

IMO there should be put in more effort to make singular a basic working CC for all classes and all specs. If users needed a high DPS raid CC they should use a CC that was built for that purpose and give feedback how to improve it to the CC dev. You can't argue that Kiyumi has a very valid point regardin new users that need some time to understand how to locate, install and use different CC's.

My biggest wish was to have one CC folder for all my toons, and that should be Singular. But lately I see an extreme lack of logic in the ones I used the most (SH priest, Disc priest, retri paladin etc)
