Bought the 3 Session 3650 Day Package

hello, I have had the single session and flying key for HB for a while. I decided I wanted to do some RAF leveling with myself so I bought the 3 session 3650 days package, I am planning on using 2 of the sessions for myself, and letting my friends use my other 2. I paid and got my key for it and in the email it says to put it in HB as the username and to leave the password blank, it will say "Please enter shop password" so I enter my account password and it says authentication failed and then brings up another login window which also doesn't work....any ideas what I am doing wrong? Do I need to download a special HB to do the 3 session package?

The username is the Key, which you recieved, and not the forum account. And the password field should be left blank.
