I met this guy from the internet at his house for an account... He jacked my $85.....

alright thats enough guys, from here on out please only post if your the OP providing and update.
 
Honestly man that's why paypal is having such a hard time, digital products are not always refunded.. Atleast you know if his info, call in.. say look man, this person keeps hacking me, I'm about 2 seconds away from going ape shit your ass if you don't protect my account. After you have the account back, go to MMOowned.. I think there is quit a few things over there that can perma ban his account XD And then after that I'd call the cops, tell the cops it was a digital purchase and no bill of sale was provided.. Still have the emails from said douche bag? Provided them with that.

1. you dont email him saying u want it back.
2. hes an idiot, go and smash him and get ur 85$ back
3. dont put up with that shit, he just took ur 85$ and got his account

anyone puts up anyone's information, its a 5 day vacation from the forums.

If the blizzard employee on the line cares and asks for information and you are able supply it, prob his account will be banned.
 
Wait till you get your $85 , because I'm sure blizzard would just shutdown the account.. You aren't allowed to sell accounts as per the TOS.
That being said.. Once you get the $85 back... Spend it on HB and level your own toons, and quit being so lazy :P
 
Just alittle update I did get the police involved he gave me all the account information back but now I contacted blizzard about this and the account will probably b banned idk.... I also got the records that I needed for the police from blizzard...

not a good idea on recording there are laws against whether you can record someone without their knowledge.
 
Kick his ass and be the one to lose $85 and go to jail. ill take a punch for $85 and a account :p

Pretty sure in most states that only applies to audio only. if there is video involved its not disputable. check you state laws on this.
