I met this guy from the internet at his house for an account... He jacked my $85.....

What general area is he in? I'll gladly come with you to beat the shit out of him.
 
Lol before the police can investigate anymore I have to meet with him to resolve this first this account was worth way more than 85 bucks shoulda known it had like 7 starter accounts on it 2 level 85's with full arena gear n Lota other crazy good shit I know he's going to play the dumb dumb I don't know you must have it card I dunno if I can meet this guy and not beat the shit out of him I am tho going to use that camera pen I bought off ebay for 10 bucks lol pretty neat thing for 10 bucks to record hd video secretly

I'd absolutely destroy his car, bat in the windows and head/tail lights and key the shit out of it. Pour some sugar in the gas tank. He can count on his house getting egged for the next 10 years too.

Destroy his hole life. Phish the fuck out of him,... make him to your VIC play with his CC's or PP. Use FUD loggers.

Man, if I were you.. I would have gone to him and kick the crap out of him for sure.

Emotionally, I'd say do what the killers want ya to do. Intellectually and to keep yourself out of jail! Yeah seeing if the cops will get involved, might be your first step. However, if that doesn't work! Then it's recon time. Find out if he goes anywhere at night time. Lay in wait for him, and then do the killer thing. Well not actually KILL, but maim and torturing isn'tabove my sense of reasoning in this situation. He doesn't deserve the respect of knowing it's coming. You probably won't get your money back that way, but at least you might can have a good skin sample or even a scalp! LOL Indians had it all figured out. Even the biggest, toughest person in the world, that doesn't see it coming, will fall like a rock.

You have the perfect opportunity most of us dream about. You know where he lives. Had the same thing happen to me except it was 2 accounts. Used the accounts leveled characters on them for around 6 months then one day
YAAAAannnnnnk.... I knew the account holder from irl and was a friend but was now states away.
No joke if we were in the same state I would have went back to him and beat the living crap out of him for every hour I spent leveling those chars... It was a crap move.
Know his house? Firebomb that crap and call it even. Know his car? Steal that crap and leave him a dollar on his porch with a note that says "I know you paid for it but its mine now" then push that crap into a lake.
 
always get the email data and change the email account pass as well. but since thats too late now, i think cops would be the best option considering if you were the ass-kicking type, you wouldve probably done that by now.
 
Attacking the kid would worsen the situation for you.
You already know he's a nasty, sneaky little pussy; so you can guarantee he'll prosecute you (you're motive is clear and stated in emails between you, and here.)

Try and get your $85 back legitimately, and make sure his folks know about the Police being involved now.

If all legal attempts fail, the smartest thing to do would be to cut your losses and let it be - as Francis Bacon said "This is certain, that a man that studieth revenge keeps his wounds green, which otherwise would heal and do well."

The email was changed the password to the account was changed still got it back tho claimed to blizzard his account was stolen...
