yes, as long as your not doing things like trying to switch specs, and trying to join a BG while its running you should be fine.

Absolutely. As far as gear equipping tho, if you have the AutoEquip2 plugin enabled, it may fight you with its choices.

If you try to move your toon, the bot is going to be fighting you with that, too. But I do things to my toons while the bot is running all the time. Its safe, its just annoying when the bot decides to undo your decisions.
