What's the best way to level 68-80?

I'm having trouble leveling up between these ranges.

I can't seem to find a reliable questing profile, arch bot I've been flagged a couple of times with 2 bannings, instance buddy is flakey in LK, pvp bot looks way too suspicious, and grinding is a no go.

Can anyone shed light on what works in HB2?

I'm after a fast safe way to level on horde.

Why were you flagged for 2 bannings on arch bot?

Mix it up, try not to bot for long periods of time. AB is really safe as long as you know when and how to use it.

Once flagged cause Arch bot looped in the air, and the 2nd time he was botting too long or something. Both perm bans.

As for AB, what are the tips for knowing when and how to use it?
