Authentication failed

Hey

I have 2 computers, and now suddenly i cant login on my 2nd computer.
I get the error: Authentication Failed. I have lifetime and therefore 3 sessions.
I can login on my other comnputer and i can login on forums from my 2nd computer, but not HB.

Plz some help?

edit: I have tried fresh installements and restart of wow and my computer.

what your log says?

maybe a firewall issue?

My log in was just working earlier today and ive tried resetting the password.

alright i think ive fixed it. the whole forum user name and shop account name got me mixed up. THANKS!

first of all update your Hb to 4991 and in case you still have problems open a new thread on support section
