authentication failed!

I recently did a clean install of Honorbuddy 2.0.0.4991, but when I try to log in I get an 'authentication failed' error. I've tried running HB both normally and as an administrator. What's my next troubleshooting step?

I just bought a key for 30 days, but cant sign in,
just got code. But dunno what i should put in on username and password. I wondered if it was buddyforum username and password but dident work.
What should i do ?

you cant use the bot with the flying key

you need to buy the actual bot

Thanks Tony. I've copy-pasted my login information directly from the emails with no success. I may be doing something wrong but I'm not sure what. As far as I know this is the same information I used to log in to previous versions.

What's my next step?
