I press login and its saying honorbuddy has encounted a problem we are sorry for the inconvenience.. then it sais not all privileges or groups refrenced are assigned to the caller any idea guys?

It kinda sounds like you are launching Honorbuddy in non-admin mode. Toss a log, and lets have a look.

dont have log, dont kbow why it does this it didnt do it with the old HB how can i launch it in admin mode?

The easiest way to make certain, is to right-click on the Honorbuddy icon, and select "Run as administrator".
