Updating Mesh to avoid getting stuck?

Just wondering if you guys are willing to update the mesh to avoid people getting stuck. It would help out everyone greatly.

If something was going to be in place, I would suggest we have everyone submit information in a uniformed fashion to help the developers out. Something like the following would be good.

Faction: Alliance / Horde
Race: Drienai / Tauren
Mounted: Yes / No / Shapeform
Zone: Stormwind / Ogrimmar
Suggested blackspot: X= xxxx, Y= xxxx, Z= xxxx, radius= xxxxx

What do you guys think?

The blackspots I enter don't work unfortunately, hence the request.

Also blackspots are a bit of a bandaid fix, tho it wouldn't be too bad if they did work. Why not address the problem at the source?
