LIfetime member, says i need to purchase a program... what the hell

I purchased this a couple months ago. Lifetime for 100$... Now i download the new bot for 4.1 and it tells me I need to purchase a product.
 
This is really stupid. I did not do a chargeback or anything ... I want to have my money back if this cant be fixed because 100$ is alot of god damn money and i dont have enough money to purchase another license while you fix this. i log in to my shop account and my paid invoices that where there a month ago or god damn god. What the hell is this?
 
make sure that you are using your shop info and not your forums info
 
My forum and shop info are the exact same. I logged into shop and my history of purchases are miraculously gone...
 
When does bossland usually log on. I really need this resolved. I dont want to have to find which credit card i purchased this with. also i used a hushmail account to buy this so i cant get my invoice cause when i go to hushmail it says I cant logon because i havent been there in 3 weeks. Its admins job to fix this anyway.
 
guys sorry to be posting here..but is there any option to upgrade from the 1 sessions with the key to fly to the lifetimer for the 60 euros? if so, how do i do it?

open a new thread on payments requesting the upgrade and Bossland will check it asap
 
didnt do anything.. i tried new pass and same message. also under account on shop it says i have no active subscriptions even though ive had lifetime for past 6 months.

i dont have the invoice id cause i used hushmail and it wont let me logon unless i open a 34$ yearly payment.
