Forgot shop username

Heya guys, I recently tried logging in with my forum name and pass, after being away for quite a while and it says its expired, I have rebought a life license and it generated me a username as HB389752 or something daft, however I need to try and retrieve this username, I can do a resend on the shop for the password and it literally only lets me reset this, how can i obtain the username again, anyone around who can verify the paypal transaction or anything like that?

This is the form i used, however it doesnt email me my username to login to honorbuddy, just uses my actual first name in the email
