exactly what we're looking for! I hope you took no offense at my previous comments, as none was intended.
It looks like you using a
very unusual version of Windows (for home use, anyway)-- "Windows NT 6.0.6001" is "Windows Server 2008 Enterprise Edition". What's worse, this edition isn't patched up to the latest Service Pack level.
Most of our users use XP, Vista, or Win7. I'm not certain if the 2008 Enterprise Edition comes with a version of .NET 3.5 Service Pack 1 that is required for Honorbuddy. The best I can have you do is follow the instructions here...

...and see if you can get .NET 3.5
Service Pack 1 installed on that version of Windows. Read those instructions very slowly and carefully. Be methodical in executing them.
If you cannot get this done, you may have to
arrange some time with Tony to help you work through this issue.
