This account has been very inactive for some time and only ever played manually. I've always warned/felt that PvP botting is just asking for a ban and voila.. 4 days into a bit of PvP and a 72hour. I guess I'll never bot on this account again :) well.... not PvP anyway heh

I hate the way PvP/Bg bot act, I agree with you that you are just asking to get banned. It's unfortunate that your account got temp ban, but hey at least it's not a perm.
I suggest before you start botting again you let your account cool down for at least 1-2 weeks from when the ban ends. Good luck!

Next time use a healing-cc for PvP. Botting nearly 24/7 in battlegrounds over three weeks... no bad whispers until now.
Arathi Wins 100 / 100
Battle for Gilneas 83 / 100
Alterac Valley 54 / 100

I'll just leave it be and hopefully everything comes good again after 72hours.

In all honesty, I didn't really have that much interest in PvP anyway, but I thought "why not?" and gave it a shot. Very dissapointing that my worst fears were proven, but I knew the risks :)

Hehe, sry off-topic, but the most recent bans have ONLY been on US servers. :P
I think its alot more GMs working in the US then EU :P

Yea tell me about it, I waited 17 hours for a ticket to be replied to the other day.. Seems like we have no GM's either that or we do but they are all afk botting :P

IMO don't appeal 72 hour ban, only brings more interest to your account. Only appeal a prem IMO.

Rubbish, I feel if you don't appeal you are saying yes ive done something wrong, and will bite the bullet.

I think if you were a legitimate player you would appeal immediately, with being very incensed by the fact that they are stealing your money etc, and that you pay to play so let me play mo'fo's.

Ive only had 1 72 hour suspension, but filled the form in with in an hour of the suspension, and was playing again within 3hours of the webform.

Real players WOULD appeal.

appeal all, always... dont let em think your doing sumting wrong, or giving em a reason to think so.

appeal !

My friend had his account banned and never even knew because he didn't try to log when the ban was in place and never checked the email because it was a random email :P but he actually emailed Blizzard after and had the flag removed, so it can be easily done.

These stats...

LOL

No way you win 100/100 and 83/100

your win ratio is more then 70%

nevah!

I would defiantly appeal since real players would want to know why they got a 72 hour suspension when "they did nothing wrong". If you dont appeal you pretty much admit to doing something against the ToS and are willing to take the punishment, but if you appeal and act like you were doing nothing out of the ordinary then you stand a better chance of becoming unflagged.

I still report the hacks emails to blizz that I get pretty much every few hours about how I'm trying to sell my account, selling gold, etc etc. I only bot supervised and the occasional overnight farm where nobody else is, yet that is never what the emails say (and even if they mentioned botting or 3rd party programs I would still report it to their hacks email). Pretend to be a normal player, bot with common sense, and there should be little problems.

I also suggest if you are going to try the PvP bot and dont want the obvious bot dance or whatnot, play a healing class with healing CCs and all that. Its a lot less obvious since you could just be running away to heal or protect yourself, good CCs will heal others nearby, etc etc. That or use one of the CCs that will just cast spells for you while you steer (I never fully afk in PvP, it really is asking for it) like Lazylock or anything that works with lazyraider. That way your damage or whatnot is amazing, while you still look human since you're doing all the movements.
