yes it is very possible... I just set wow to min graphics so it has little impact on Rift. I also run multiple instances of WoW all the time(each instance of wow would be considered another game)
so short answer is yes you can. Have a good day.

just play them in windowed mode... if it doesn't allow windowed mode in the program itself, stick -w in the .exe

More resources need from the Machine. And i dont kwon if he mess whit the Keys or mouse function,

if its a directx game you will have problems with Hb
