Bot Issues Please help

I have kicks, 1-60 grind bot as well as Kaz 1-60 questing bot. The bot has been working fine for the most part but a few issues occur. Im lvl 36 now and when I use the profile for kaz 1-60 questing bot my character does nothing but mount, when i use the grind bot he heads to searing gorge onbly to be mowed down 192 times..(i counted). whats the issue. help is appreciated

Any, and all requests for support should always be accompanied by the most recent HB log file. From your description there is absolutely no way we can tell you where the fault lays.

ATTACH the most recent log file, this can be found in HB\Logs\ folder.

1. Make sure NET 3.5 is installed
2. Make sure all service packs are installed.
3. Make sure you have followed the HB installation closely.

well id hope somone would be on here most of the time...paid service should come paid tech service hellooo? anyways its installed right, but the prfiles are not working correctly is what im telling everyone
