Gui for Plugin

Hello again
I want to implement a little Config-Gui to some of my Plugins.
Maybe somebody has a hint which program I could use to script such things?

It's called Config Form there.
I'm using 2010 myself and it got really nice drag&drop visual edition.

you can use the visual studio c# express edition, witch is free

Visual Studio 2010 Express edition is free from microsoft all you have to do is register for it. if you need an example of how to implement the GUI you can take a look at Mr.ItemRemover or any of my Mr plugin's really, or just drop me a PM
