Nothing has changed in the last 5 versions that would effect Dalamud. From 795 to 796 there was actually 0 internal code changes and just a small update to the external crafting macro generator.

You can download previous versions by directly editing the link, https://updates.rebornbuddy.com/zips/Rebornbuddy64 1.0.796.0.zip , but note these wont remain compatible forever. If you can find a version that doesn't crash dalmund i would be interested but knowing the contents of the last few updates to RB have been small, its more likely a change on their side.

I can confirm that stock Dalamud is working without crashing, so it is likely a plugin that is causing the issue. As the list of plugins available is enormous it is impossible for me to figure out which could be causing the problem without more information.
