RB closing when opened

Hi all, I randomly got an error about Virus and protection needing to a run a scan (not sure if connected), and since then, I can't use RB. Whenever I open it, it just closes. I've attached a log.

I've tried adding it to my firewall, and adding an exception in the virus and security setting in windows. I don't have any other antivirus running.

Hopefully my log helps clear up what is happening. I've even tried to delete/uninstall and then reinstall, but the same issue.
