Bot not working need help

So i tryed installing the the latest version of the .exe installer and when i do it says its the wrong version and that my version have been rolledback or something like that.
I tryed installing with antivirus on and off got the same results and it never install the combat routine when i use the .exe file.
i even tryed the Beta zip version and then i have all of the above problems except then it have the combat routine also but still wont work.
What can i do to get it fixed or can i get a refound?

And for some reasons, bot was working well this night for greater rift, and now i've this :
