OK...this release is a joke.... Here are stats, for everyone to see what a crock this is

So.... since Season 16 has launched. The confirmation page for people who have subbed, or "bought a subscription" have been 1013 as of this minute (im a digital marketer and accessed this via alexa). That means, we'll use the VERY lowest average possible and say that every single person ONLY bought a SINGLE copy of 1 month subscription at 12.95 euro. This means, that in just this short amount of time, the devs have made 13,118.35 EUROS. There has been 2 updates, both have been thew lowest functioning updates since the launch of DB. I've been a LONG time customer, and I just spent an hour going through forum support to see the same issues have been addressed multiple times with no irresolution. I think I speak for all of us when I ask, what is being done to make this actually stable? Because in it's current state, this is a not something worth 13 euros a month. I'd like to know, along with 6 pages of support people making complaints, what is being done to fix this?
 
So, it looks like you're one of those "specialists", which spend 1 hour in forum instead in testing the bot itself ? Will just copy-paste a text from another thread i answered recently,it'll be helpful for you.
"i think you have no idea for what are you talking about ! The bot is working well, there are some small bugs indeed, but far from unusable ! IT makes rifts and greater rifts with some small stucks after 1-2 hours, normally need just to forward it for 30 seconds with the mouse cursor and then works another hour, the bounties have been updated too and are almost fully afk . For anyone who don't like the bot , we have clean and clear ToS ... there are many happy people . If you have a bug reports, it's great to share it with, will probably be taken care of within a week, but just to say things like the above... no way ! First, you can't talk from the name of the community, but from your personal point of view only . Second- i said it already, it's free market, if you don't like it, check our ToS and continue with your negative live, don't poison us all ."Also the bot gets better on daily basis, the fps issue is not huge and the game is playable for sure, also soon most of the issues are about to vanish, there's just some time needed, if you think that update with working bounties is something small, then we're not on the same wave here... yet, if you don't want to loose the key time at current version, you can ask for freeze of your key time at [email protected] , it's just 30 seconds mail you have to write and that will be done for you in less than 24 hours :)

Ohhh... You're the only support staff left in discord, so you're hoping in some way, shape or form, this "sucking dick" post will get you some notarial. In fact, everything I said is factual. Based on facts and not just pure "give me more dicks in my throat". I've been a loyal supporter of this program since I joined. Look at my thread history. I've been here longer than you. I've never flamed once. This is a last ditch effort to get money from people. Pure and simple. This bot is not even close to being public release ready. If you think different. You're more of an idiot than you ill formatted retort.
 
Also, 4 pages of complaints.... tel;l more of a story than you're being a "DISCORD" supporter does. Facts dont lie. Your personal experience means DICK to me.
 
i gotta agree with icotulookin on this one lol. Considering the pay packet the devs received this update I'm sure a working bot should've been delivered upon arrival. I mean I'm pretty sure that this type of cash flows nearly every season. You can spout they have lives outside of this too but all considered they're making a good amount of mula to ensure their product delivers what is expected from the community.

WOOOAAHH banned... thats a little harsh aint it @Tony lol? I mean you have to understand the frustration from people as well all things considered :P
 
Not harsh at all, there are few people that don't even have DB and commenting only negative s****s like 1 rift 1 crash... when it's like 10 rifts, 1 stuck , for example . Thebuddyteam has forum RULES, can/must be read, has ToS for the purchases too, can be used and followed !
So, it's deserved one
 
All bug reports are noted and aimed for sure, don't think there's no one listening :)
 
Thing is, overreactions are overreactions, but i've been using the bot for the past few years (minimum 3 years that i remember) and never had any issue, always ran smooth etc. Yes ofc it gets stuck and plays silly sometimes, but that's just how it is.

Haven't used it for a few months now, started again the other day for the new season and it's almost unusable, very low fps and my game crashes after max an hour, and I have a high end PC. Same on another pc we have in the house.

It's a bit meh atm :|
 
Ive used The Path of exile FFX14 Both both work great...Im not exactly a noob when it comes to bottling most problems i can fix myself. I do feel like for the price tag its missing features and a little more buggy then it should be. i bought a three month sub and i plan on using it for that three months. and may renew if it gets better. Ive already saw an improvement with the last patch

P.S Banning was harsh seeing as it was someone who was upset with a service but definitely didnt handle his buyers remorse very well.
 
Long story in short:
ppl EXPECTED a more polished version of the bot yet not getting one, and the update is slower than EXPECTED. However, devs think customers are getting what they paid for, or devs don't care whatsoever.
Fewer and fewer ppl play D3 and I guess so does the motivation of the devs?

I had rather supportive attitude before, but not very much now. I subscribed for 1 month in S15, back then at least I can run the bot like 12hrs, getting tons of stuff. But S16 only half an hour until the bot gets stuck, item list not working etc and it's still not fixed yet. IN THE LONG RUN, as the patch note stated, till the bot get fixed, not gonna wasting any time on it.
Devs should realize that at this point, the market of the bot ain't big, whoever subscribes for this season is likely to continue to, if they have a good experience. But if they realize that they are just wasting their money why the hell do they bother?
 
I don't believe the DEVS think we're getting what we paid for, I mean if they did they wouldn't be releasing patches... I do think that it needs to be polished but with a few tweaks it's completely manageable and in my opinion better than doing it manually lol But hey everyone is entitled to a say if your not happy then ask for a refund. But my guess would be that at some point in time everyone will be back for the bot hoping its working like it used to but because of community backlash Bossland pulls the plug on development and everyone is left short, why? Because instead of people being supportive they throw trash comments, thinking its easy to develop and write code for. I have faith DB has always delivered.

It's simple, they pay money to the devs, they should be getting what they paid for
 
ye fair call, but at least try and see the underlying issue here. IF we all withdraw backing then DemonBuddy won't here for much longer and then what do we have? RoS-Bot? fml i'd rather uninstall lol

I've wrote a few posts to help ppl with FPS, and reported many bugs to the devs. I was supportive because I thought the update will be there. Last season I subscribed for a month, but the major updates happened 2 months or later. S15 was still ok, I could run the bot like 12 hours.
But this season is a lot worse, I wrote 2 posts pointing out some bugs yet they are still there. Don;t think I can hold up till the patches
