As we all know and have experienced, demonbuddy is causing a huge impact on Diablo3 with the FPS especially. The admins have said they're aware of the situation and working to make a fix, so would you just be patient? When have the Buddies ever failed you? They always work as fast as they can, they always compensate keys if needs be!

If you're in such a hurry to get paragon or your slimy primal ancients, play the game yourself and stop beating up the people STRUGGLING to make your lives easier.. Have some respect.

*EDIT: Been on the forums since 2014, we have all seen the ups and downs.. Every time something isn't FAST enough or working as you expect it to, everything explodes.
 
Dude, don't even try to justify this for the Dev's. This has been an ongoing issue for months. It took Phelon in the last season to fix this for the Dev's. They have used the same excuse of "We are aware of these issues and working for a fix." Frankly, 3+ month timeline is unacceptable. I've been here since 2010 and have been through more ups/downs than you have in your short tenure. With only 3 products, there is absolutely no excuse why this software couldn't be the best on the market.

Having respect? How about the Dev's have respect for their customer base that has been patient over the years for a sub-par product? Respect is earned, not given. With this many pissed off customers, they should honestly fold up shop and stop selling a product that doesn't work as advertised.

I agree with you completely. I'm new here, I subscribed the product because on the web it's said that the bot is working.
For me luckily no crash and etc, but the bot is malfunctioning, I posted something and expect more attention than I've got, the problem I've met is critical for the bot to do the rifts properly.
At least the developers can post something like "we are working on balabla etc", just let the customers know what is going on.
I subscribed for a month, not gonna do it if only I knew that the developer doesn't even care about the product
