Hey all,

By popular demand, here is a translation of the most current Chinese wave of light routine. It's designed to handle both speed farm and high GR push. It seems to be better optimized than the currently available WoL routines in English Demonbuddy, but I would appreciate feedback here comparing the two and if you find that this one performs better.

Here are links to the builds and skills for both speed and GR push versions.

Speed build: https://www.d3planner.com/744220803
High GR build: https://www.d3planner.com/815645721

For speed farm, don't forget to lower your dashing strike recast delay so the bot can spam it to move around.

I have a detailed spread sheet of different run times with different builds so I will go ahead and give this one a whirl in my "testing" set (all ancient, ~85 augments, fixed @ 1200 paragon points) Edit: Also, I test at GR 95

My only question is, do they really not use LPH on weapons? Additionally, vit is not specified on bracers, are they perhaps electing to use LPH there? I have bracers and weaps that could accomodate that set up if that is the case, if not I will be running my testing gear set up which includes CDR on both weaps and lph on one weap, but no AD on any gear (where as that planner suggests shoulders and both weaps)

I did many tests using identical all ancient gear, with an average augment of gem level 85, and 1200 paragon points. Above are some of the results of my tests. UD2 is the most recent update, UD1 is the update before that (I began running these tests 3 builds ago). The right most column is the difference in time between the best set ups average time and that set up average time. (The exception being that UD2's right most column represents the amount of time taken off from the original test 3 builds ago, so good work on recent changes folks). They are all green because they are all within a standard deviation of the best time.
Therefore there is not a true statistically significant difference between the built in and chinese builds for run time.

Thank you for testing. This is very useful. Looks like it's not really any better than the currently built in routine.

I am currently doing more testing regarding impact of LPH on weapon vs cdr/rcr/ad and impact of ad on other gear at the loss of cdr/vitality.

So far, preliminary testing is showing CDR kicking ass honestly. Changing my one weap from dex/ad/lph to dex/ad/cdr shaved off nearly a full minute....... which seems insane. Changing shoulders from vit to AD however showed no statistically significant change (was about 4 sec slower for those interested).

Now I am testing with the two changes listed above plus adding a ring with 2ndary res and AD instead of no 2ndary and CDR. Basically to see what the trade off is between AR AD and CDR.

Something came to mind just now with the chinese routine - despite me repeatedly checking it ON, prefer occulus ring would automatically check itself off when I save settings. If that can be fixed and it stands in occ circles, the chinese routine may prove to be better

It will not attack till I manually attack something yes I have all the right gear and skills for the routine.

I was just curious how people are doing with any of these WoL Monk builds.

No matter how I setup my Trinity, my Monk always seems to get way too close to packs and dies quite a bit. It doesn't matter if it's a simple T13 Rift or Greater Rift. Can anyone recommend some setting to possibly push a bit? I've never had much of an issue with profiles, but I seem to be doing something fundamentally wrong with betting my Monk.

The routine that come with dB is working correctly, no need to search for others
