ok so bot works for about one minute

so i use to use this bot years ago, and just bought it again in the last week i deleted all of my old demonbuddy files knowing it was all out of date. and began a new install after installing and setting up i try using it and bot makes the game goes to act 1 then opens the rift. starts the rift and game closes. Here is the blizzard crash response and also the logs of the try's didn't know if having both would help.

Ok so knowing theres a problem, i assume it will take a while to fix , therefore if i can not use the bot and there are time restraints on the working key that was purchased how does one go about getting the time extended on on key are a total refund until problem is solved.

can you give an Estimated time frame on how long before a fix. i mean a couple of days, a week, next season. just want to know. Also was wondering if it was possible to just nullify the key and credit my account with the amount of time paid, to later be used at my own discretion.
