Is there an "offline" trinity itemlist creator?

Since the bot is lagging very hard, if you open trinity and edit itemlist stuff, is there a standalone thingy to create a itemlist with certain items/properties without having bot/trinity running?

Pause the bot, then open Trinity. It should work just fine.

I honestly think you should just stop using the bot for a few months and wait till it is fixed. There is a lot of changes and they are getting to it the best they can. If you are unsatisfied, ask for a refund and come back in a few month when things are working to your expectations.
