Botting Hardcore

What build is by far the most tanky/safe for botting hardcore?

ps: not interested in stories about how this is ''never safe'' or whatever!

I would suggest just playing Juggernaut with a basic sunder set up to get you started. Once you have a bit more currency you can consider swapping to righteous fire as Juggernaut and you can farm t1-t6 without much risk. You can also download an auto it script that initiates auto logout below a certain hp. I botted on hardcore this season but only level 90 I ran lower level maps to sell currency.
