W7 error... still

So it's been a few weeks since I last posted... I still can't play. Bought a trial... W7 bug is still a thing.

I had so much faith in Demonbuddy and I wanted to love your products again, but at this point I'm honestly just frustrated. Any eta on a fix? I crapped money away on you guys and tbh this is a total let down. Plus every time I try to open a ticket it tells me that I need to wait 30 more seconds... Eventually, I just quit trying.

Well now it says my key is expired... but every time I try to open a ticket it wont go through and tells me to I must wait 30 more seconds. Any suggestions Tony? Thanks
