Chaos & Exalt Recipe Plugin

Work in progress, but here is basic plugin for chaos & exalt recipe plugin.

Currently it requires official ChaosRecipe plugin to be disabled.

Please let me know if you have trouble with it.

I do not utilize AIF myself. But it seems to be doing just fine w/o it.

Well if I understood plugins logic correctly - AIF responsible for pickup phase, and chaos\exa plugin starts as soon you transition to is\keep phases, so it should look like [aif-pickus]-[inv-full-detection]-[chaos plugin stash dump]-[AIF-id]-[AIF-store]-[AIF-sell]-[chaos-sell].

I've had no problems with almost default AIF settings and recipe plugins.

What do you mean "not work"? Is plugin dumps chaos items? He doesn't sells them?
