That is because it is currently broken. It is a known issue and people are working on it.

I took the time and found the issue that's causing the auto equip not to function. After playing around with a few things it seems it makes more logical sense just to rewrite a portion of the programming. Once I am finished (a day or two), can I hand it off to you to review @Tony and hopefully have you guys implement?
