Maybe you are right, but think they can redesign, it will just take some time to release. Depends on how many keys are sold, so if is still a good business for them they will find a solution.

So this season I just use my keyboards macros to minimize my work..

Apparently you're new around here and/or never used HB. When there are major patches the buddy team makes as sure as possible that the bot doesn't get detected by Blizzard. That tends to take a few days at least. There were times where HB was unusable for a month or more after a large patch or expansion. This is nothing new.

Well I sent the required info for a refund on Tuesday, seems getting a refund is as hard as being updated on progress.

As previous stated several times in this thread - Patience, there will be an announcement when they have something solid for us.

Come on, think for a moment.

If they are holding back refunds due to the current patch, there could be several reasons.

Why repay customers now, if the bot comes back up and the customers buy their keys again. It cost money to make a refund (bank expenses).

The easy choice is to wait for the bot to be back up and then extend the keys.
