Exilebuddy error on start up

Hey, guys I'm getting an error and crash on startup and I'm not sure what I installed wrong.
Here is the error:

I followed the prerequisite from the support thread and installed what was needed and I'm still getting this error. Can anyone help me with it?

From what I've checked no none of them are installed. Here is what is installed.

I managed to get exilebuddy working but now I keep getting this error

are you on a VM environment ?

Yeah I am

You're using an incompatible graphics setup on your VM, so DX9 is not working correctly for the game client.

Latest VMWare should work fine, but other VMs like VirtualBox might not. Search around VM forums for whatever youre using for any DX issues if that's the case.
