crusader condemn routine by nesox not working after new update

hello admin i update my bot today and now my routine by nesox "spamming all skills whenever possible" is not working..none of the skill is spamming when there is no monster around..so basically i always set me cluster size to 25..therefore none of the skill won't cast untill it have a bunch of monster..please fix it to always cast non-stop even no monster or anything around it thankyou
