Automatically Rift Level Change to Normal

Hi

When i try to make rift on T13 everything is good at the beggining. But sometimes bot changes automatically rift level T13 to normal. And on normal rift earn and find nothing as you know. Reduce rift level option is unselected on trinity settings. How can i fix this problem? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for reply but i am talking about rift. not Greater rift. But i am new at here. I will change GR level from trinity to at least GR65 for Torment 13.

In the main Menu of DB, nothing opened, click the arrow next to "Settings" and select "bot", then scroll all the way down to the bottom aka the misc tab and put your Torment difficulty at the desired level

It can be confusing but the settings you're adjusting atm is purely greater rift level, hopefully this will help find where you put in the torment settings

Thank you very much for quick replies. I changed from settings and i will make test when i have proper connection But i am sure that it is solved!
