Open the combat routine instead and look under the General tab there, it's the 2nd Overhead under that with the options:
Open Containers, Ignore and Customize. I think that's what Tony is refering to.

Not sure if it will help but the only thing i've set under the tab in your screenshot is the default settings + the torment diffuculty I want.
The rest I've sat up in the combat routine settings

Apparently reinstalling DB helps.

I will send email to ask for 10 days extension for the time I cannot use it (from when I bought the key to when you updated the fix)
