i have bought this at 11.11.17 . for 3 months. My order num : order #236979

today i getting this error . for the last 2 hours cant use this bot .

this all the bot say . in his window.


Please , help me out .

last time i ask for help . i waited 4 days . try do it faster please . i pay real money for this ..
