We need a pause function

hey guys, since botting 24/7 is super obvious i was wondering if we can get a pause function where we can setup pauses we need. Like Bot for 2hrs straight, logout for 20-30mins, continue for 4hrs, 15min break and so on.
hope this is easy to realise

There was a plugin prior that loged our and logged in, I think the Idler plugin might help you with what you want to do.
