Bot runs back and forth

I am new to DB but have been a HB user for awhile, I am sure I am having a blonde moment. when I start the bot in db he runs back and forth and wont pick up quests. I think I have the updated acts (hopefullly right) attached is a short log

I got it working, redownloaded and all is good so far thank you
