Hello there. I've been a longtime Honorbuddy customer and am now dealing with an unsolvable problem.
After having my credit card refused multiple times through the Buddy Shop when trying to purchase Demonbuddy, I contacted Joro through [email protected]. We had several conversations already about the store refusing to accept my credit card. I have no idea why this is other than it's being marked as fraudulent.
Joro then told me:
"all payments were cancelled, we already had had this conversation and i told you that we can;t approve payment from you anymore."
He told me to use the alternative payment options (alipay, unionpay, onecard, boleto, qiwi, and another one in Russia, which I cannot access as a US citizen.) I tried each of these and none would allow me to pay through their service.
I apologize if the tone of this message seems frustrated; I am indeed frustrated, because it seems baffling to me that a company would tell a customer "we can't take your payment, so go away," which is Joro's message, basically.
Can you help me out with this, or should I just give up? I hate to say I'll have to take my business elsewhere because I really enjoy Demonbuddy/Honorbuddy. But if the company refuses to even help me out with payment, I can't see any other options.
