Lots of FPS drops

Hi, Just got my new pc a few weeks ago.
its a ryzen 1700, with 16 g ram, and a gtx 1070.
should be ok i think, now i'm having a lot off problem's with big fps drops, when using honorbuddy ?
it can go from about 45 fps, to 13 fps... its like the screen is in slow-motion.

anyway I can fix this ?

Yes I have discord , bud that's about it, and its never running when im using honnorbuddy

Try using DX9 and disable limit background FPS in wow graphics settings ( might be under advanced )
