Payment methods for buddystore?

Am I doing something wrong, or are all the payment options in the buddystore in weird languages? I think I'm being presented the options of Chinese and Spanish, both don't really do it for me. Is this a bug or am I gonna have to move countries to buy profiles?

i figured it out. dont go to buddy store through the program go to the buddy store directly from the site then click buy
