Can not configure the pickup of globes

I remember being able to choose the pick-up option of the globes of life according to the percentage of resource or life. (Currently i'm looking for resource). I can not access these options. Can you tell me

Usually if it's there, it's under the options for each specific combat routine. To see those options click the start button on the bot, wait 10 seconds for it to initialise, and then click the stop button. Now go to the Routines section of the Trinity settings, and select Force Select Routine. Pick a routine and all it's settings options should now show up underneath

The option I think you are looking for is usually called Emergency Health %, but as far as picking up Health Globes go, I don't think it's currently working as intended (although some people say that is will pick up a Health Globe occasionally). As far as I know, the bot has no default logic for picking up Health Globes based on Primary Resource %, this is another reason I had to find a way to do it myself
