Need help with Farming {I must be doing something wrong}.

I think I'm doing something wrong.... ok, I'm running a lvl70, so I can't do anything too high for fear of dying, so I search other places to see what the best locations are for farming, for example, I hear Badlands is good atm... so I search these forums..ended up going to

downloading the profile, loading up HB, loading profile, I figured I'd Flight Path to the location, then hit start.... what happens, the ALT turns around and heads the other direction, ended up in IronForge and killed by a PVP....

So what am I doing wrong, or it my methodology wrong, am I expecting too much from HB? I know the profile is old, but I didn't think the areas had changed that much?

Any help would be appreciated.

Think you might need too turn "use flight paths" off, and go too badlands your self and start it there. Other than that I think it should be good.

If you look in the thread you downloaded the profile from it says "with vendor and mail in lock" Meaning loch modan which is alliance. So edit the mail and vendor points and make them horde

I'll try that tomorrow, been away from the pc for 24 hours and the EU servers (well mine is) are down at the mo....but thanks for the tip..

Ok, sorted it, changed the mailbox and vendor and mail limit, all seems to work now, except I'm a bit confused as to why when I get to the Badlands, even though I've turned off use Flight Paths, he flys off to from Badlands to Dun Morogh then heads back to the Badlands and starts proper? Unless he's in a sight seeing mood then he seems to go waaaay beyond and goes into the 'Fatigue' areas?


Hmmmm, defo somat wrong, he keeps heading North West away from the Badlands.... is there anything else I need to be changing in the Profile to stop him doing this?

Ok, I copied some hotspots from Wiki to see if that will do anything, but still, he has a problem...

He gets to <Hotspot X="10.45141" Y="-3.064465" Z="146.3548" /> and flys forward a bit, flys back, flys forwards, repeat....

Hmmmmm!!!

Ok, I've deleted all the setting pertaining to my alt from the HB folder, he seems to be acting normal now... I'm going to leave him for a bit and report back later with any problems or if it was a success..
