Authentication Result [LOGIN][ Invalid product key!] [0]

I've recently purchased a Pokefarmer Key and downloaded the software although I am having trouble logging in.
For some reason when I try to log in I get the same error every time
"
[09:52:01] Authentication Result [LOGIN][ Invalid product key!] [0]

[09:52:01] Please log in to BuddyAuth and kill your active session."

I have tried going to the buddyauth page but I can not set up an email address with same account
I used with paypal to purchase the account. The Key has gone to that address but I still can not use it
when signing up to the buddyauth page.

I have tried logging onto an old Buddyauth account but had no luck with that because it said the key was already in use when I tried it with that account.

I have read forums about similar issues which were pointed in the direction of Support or to update their program, as mine was freshly downloaded I assume it was the updated version. Since it was updated i figured I would skip wasting anyone's time here and message support like the other thread suggested by a staff member only to be told to open a new thread here without answering any questions.

If I could get any help on the situation I would appreciate it.
 
lol really. I contacted Support with my key and they told me to start a thread here....
 
once again i have been redirected back to the forum. I'm told that apparently my key is fine. When i log into my buddyauth account there are no active sessions but when i log into Pokefarmer i still get the same error.

At this point I am kinda over being sent back and forward between support and forums and would be inclined to a full refund if no one is going to help and are just going to send me back and forwards.

When you log into buddy auth, under keys, does it show your key and show time remaining?
 
The key is showing but it still hasn't been activated. I have tried entering it in the bot a multitude of times but it just keeps returning the same error as stated above in this thread.

Also from Australia, just bought the 32 day, 1 session key and I have the same problem. When I try to attach a it to my account it says key has already been claimed.

im in australia also, i had this problem at first, i uninstalled then reinstalled without opening, then downloaded and used buddy wizard before opening new install and works great now
 
ladies and gents, hijacking forums is not permitted, if you are having the same issues you will still need to post your own thread, @Billtommo are you still having the issues?
 
Yes mate going on 4 days with no real answers and am yet to try it. Not impressed
 
we are working on a fix,there is an issue with the auth server
