There is no Reborn Buddy application...

I downloaded file from site, extracted it...all folders and files are there except the Application launcher meaning I can't launch Reborn Buddy. Please help

Are you running an anti-virus? If so, please add an exception for the folder, remove the contents and extract everything there again.
