About the DB Navigation server

At frist I'm Chinese and my English is very bad,please be patient

The question is the DB Navigation server has always faild when I'm in the map of eternal battlefield.
I used to login on the China Server.
How can I fixed this problem?

Yeah, navigation is pretty bad now. Bot often cannot find the enter to a new floor of GR

I spent money but I didn't get the service,It's just too sad.

It is very difficult to log on this website,Chinese firewall,you know.......

I can't upload anything because of the netspeed is very very slow.
Most of the time I can't even open this web page.
There have 4~5 maps will be failed, or cannot enter the next floor, or Grid update failed with error Scenes corrupt.

If you can't open a web page or upload a 2mb file, maybe you shouldn't be trying to play an online game?
