Unable to run Act Quests

Unable to run any act profiles, and I'm not sure how to resolve the issue. It either loads and then does nothing or the client crashes.

Have been able to successfully run rift profiles, but it does crass occasionally.

Also brand new user so I apologize if this is posted in wrong area.

if you have some time on your hands, you can still somewhat have a partial functioning bot through questing...you can load the actNEW and "walk your character" through the acts...the bot will still fight once it's close enough to enemies...it'll pick up items, open chests, etc...only thing it can't do is run around by itself...it is painstaking to level up your character this way, but if you are like me who just started playing a few weeks ago, it's an option while we all wait for the questing acts to be resolved...another thing is that the resume will not work, therefore if you start an act be sure to finish it before leaving...you can pause the bot however, so you can come back to it...once you have one character finish all of the acts, then the adventurer becomes open, and all of the profiles that i've tried so far are working (bounties, rifts)...it took me over a week to finish all the acts, lol, but it was worth it...now my bot farms for me continuously good luck!
