if you dont mind relocating, worldpokemap website is working nice with toronto and ottawa canada. Once you filter everything out to just the ones you want (lapras, snorlax, drantini, etc) to see its great. It autoupdates itself and scans the whole city by itself. You can stock up on them rare candies very fast.
