Demonbuddy key turned to Honorbuddy key

Support(Joro) just closes my ticket and don’t solve the issue. He asks for order number that I don’t have because the key was a gift as I remember.
I was have

Demonbuddy 1 Session key
Demonbuddy 3 Session key
Honorbuddy 3 Session key
Honorbuddy 3 Session key

So I did not play Diablo 3 for a three month and when I tried to run my 3 bots on second Demonbuddy key.. what a surprise my key is invalid. I did discover in buddyauth that my second Demonbuddy key turned to Honorbuddy key !
What I see now in buddyauth is this

Demonbuddy 1 Session key
Honorbuddy 3 Session key
Honorbuddy 3 Session key
Honorbuddy 3 Session key

How this even possible ? I did run 3 bots on my second Demonbuddy key for a year and now after three month pause it turned to Honorbuddy key…
Do I really have to prove that it’s a Demonbuddy key? I already send a logs of my last Diablo 3 3-bot session on this key.
Please help me with this issue.

That’s a walking in circle..
The first thing I did is open a ticket on Bossland GmbH
I just did what you suggest and send mail to [email protected]
Its simply opens second ticket on Bossland GmbH
