X amount of catches and pokestops

When i have been botting i have been following some guide on the forum to keep the setting catching pokemons pr hour to 45-65 and pokestops to 45 ish.
Maybe its a stupid question but has anyone experienced with these settings? I mean, f.ex just given shit about the settings and see how it goes?:rolleyes:
 
I am not asking for help. Im just curious what others do, when it comes to these perticular settings. I know that its maybe smart to use the settings, but if i were to turn one of them completely off and the bot just goes around catching unlimited amount of pokemons or looting pokestops for that matter. Has anyone tried that? Or is everyone beeing more careful these days by using these settings?

There's a safety feature that will stop you from botting. It'll ask you to try again in 24hours time.
