Fyi theres a real time something something that shows iv just for vegas theres also the odd dragonite and some good machumps i mean champs. Dont forget to grab your balls from the vagas strip... Ton of pokestops. Also i stop the game, set timer for 10 min and spawn my guy anywhere in vegas without a soft ban.
On another note. I wait 5h everytime before i travel anywhere in the world and yet too get a softban Happy hunting.

What streets do you check?
I checked Las Vegas with a 2km radius from start point (Main Street / Hoover Avenue crossing)
- Geodude
- Growlite
- DoDou
- Ekans

No Chansey or Snorlax (let even say a Dragonite)
